1. Introduction to Real Can Palletizing Equipment

Real can palletizing equipment is suitable for palletizing and de-palletizing real can glass bottles, real can tin cans, and empty tin cans. The equipment mainly consists of a real can conveying system and a real can palletizing system. The working mode is magnetic suction and transfer. This machine adopts German Siemens PLC and Japanese Panasonic servo motor control system, ensuring stable and reliable operation of the equipment.

2. Features of Real Can Palletizing Equipment

Automatic palletizing: cans are stacked on the conveyor line, and when the machine is started, the cans are picked up and placed in the designated positions. This action is repeated until the cans are stacked into a pallet and taken out by a forklift.

"Intelligent" color touch screen human-machine operation program, with button switches for operation, Chinese operating system, and real-time display of working status of each mechanism. Fault points are automatically detected and displayed, with automatic alarms.

The main body materials are made of carbon steel with a paint treatment, with a thickness of about 3-5mm. The parts in contact with the suction cups are made of 304 stainless steel. The equipment is equipped with protective nets on both sides, and the frame support column contains counterweights to ensure the reliability of the equipment.
